SM Bio

SM Bio is the smallest boiler for pellets in our offer. Thanks to the modern modulation, operating this machine is limited to filling the container with pellets and the capacity of 230 l allows for filling with fuel every 3 to 14 days. Thanks to the designed automatics it meets the most stringent standards of environmental protection in the European Union. SM Bio is an optimal machine for installation in housing facilities of 50 to 300 m2.


Handling of the machine is easy and intuitive. After filling the boiler with pellets and pressing the START button, the machine will fire up automatically and will select the operating parameters depending on the type of fuel in the container aiming at maintaining stable temperature in the rooms and of water. The first part of the exchanger has small overall dimensions thanks to the 3T design method (time, turbulator, temperature) and the high quality of thin boiler steel. The RGS Bio burner constitutes the second part; it combusts pellets and oat and is made from heat-resisting steel that resists the temperature of 1150°C. Special regulation of the second generation selects combustion parameters for supplied fuel in a way that its consumption decreases by app. 20%. The controller allows for operating up 16 heating circuits, i.e. heaters and floor heating or hot water, is equipped with AUTOSTART function when voltage ceases, remembers the last settings, reminds of the forthcoming inspection, controls the temperature of the burner.
